2 - When was your company created? What would you say is your position in the Francophone (or English speaking) world in particular and worldwide in general?  

32Red is one of the leading online casinos in the business, with very much a UK focus. 

3 - Which online casinos (or poker, or bingo, or sportsbooks, or products) do you represent precisely? Are your websites available in French (English)? 

32Red Affiliates currently looks after 32Red Online Casino, Dash Online Casino, 32Red Poker and BetDirect Poker. Hopefully I will be announcing soon the addition of BetDirect Casino too. They are all in English at present but we are looking into new languages, one of which is French. 

4 - What software are you using for your products, and why have you chosen this peculiar software?  

All of uor products are powered by Microgaming, the world's leading online gaming software supplier. We want to be the best in the business and give our players the best experience - this means having the best online casino games available.

Well, being named after a number on the roulette wheel, 32Red is a favourite amongst Roulette fans. We also have a huge number of slot games to play with huge progressive jackpots. We also have many blackjack and Video poker fans too who regularly play with us.

We are about to launch Live Dealer via 32Red, starting with baccarat and then adding more games as time continues.

We ask for minimum of 20 units of currency as the minimum deposit. Our maximum is currently 10,000 units of currency per fortnight, but this can be changed upon request.

We are extremely proud to be licensed by the Governement of Gibraltar, which we have had since our inception in 2002. 
 
10 - How fast do you pay winning claims? Are you asking for some documents when cashing out, are there any fees attached? 

Most operators claim to be fast at paying, but we really do. We think it vitally important that when a player wins, he or she gets paid asap. Our payments are all processed personally meaning great care is taking in making sure everything is correct, quick and safe. We also are proud to be in partnership with Barclaycard, who process all of our banking.
